I know what you mean Dick. I was standing in it looking around and the framer said "it's too small aint it" he said everyone he has ever build is. It is 36' x 40' with a 14' shed. I could have gone 50' or even 60'for not much more tin or lumber but the dad gum concrete was killing me. And there getting $240 a load on gravel now. Last year when I bought some it was around $160 to $180.
