Found this tractor. What is it?

While driving in Mississippi today I spotted a yellow looking tractor that looked like a W-6 or W-9. It has dual wheels that look like road construction tread. The front wheels were tall with solid cast rims. It is a diesel that starts on gas. Finally found the serial number plate, it read: MRS Special Serial# IDCP 23712 Y It was very hard to read the serial number, not sure if the C may be a 6(ID6 tractor), but it looked like a C. What is this thing, it had five different levers on it besides the gear shift.
Is it worth anything? Thanks for any help you can give
