Ed: I know how you feel about that oiler gear. Been expecting that one to happen as I have 3 of these tractors and that has never been replaced on any of them. I guess the way CaseIH parts man talks me into some of these "hard to imagine price on items", is just think how well original lasted, you will not need to buy it again. That is how he handled brake retaining springs at $28. CAD.

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
