The live PTO would be nice. Planning on using your "M" motor on the "MTA" chassis and rear end? That is about the only way this would work. Do you use your M in the field for tillage or mowing hay? Unless it is a field tractor, the TA wouldn't be that beneficial to you. Unless you are mowing, baling, or doing alot of stop and go PTO work, the live PTO wouldn't be that beneficial to you. Has the MTA been setting inside or outside? That would make a difference to the condition of things inside the trans. and rear end housing. Chances are the TA needs repaired?? Alot of them do. You would have a couple of days time involved in the switch over after the MTA rearend and TA are checked over. If you would be using the TA or PTO alot and the rear end of the MTA is clean.....I would make the switch.
