The Cub Numbered Series - 154 had 15hp, 184 and 185 were 18hp models. They were not row-crop but were probably the for-runners of the modern Garden type tractor - but much superior in abilities. The last of the Cubs and Cub-Lowboys were manufactured in 1979. Forget at the moment what year the numbered series were done - I think it was also 1979. The Cub Cadets and Cadet line were sold off and are still being produced, although they are not the same machine as when IH built them.
