This helps some but I have a diesel, not gas. When I take the cable off the gear assembly, I can't turn the gear assembly. I don't know if I'm supposed to be able to. When I take the small gear out it appears to have all the teeth. The top of the gear assembly isn't flush like the one I have from the 560. So I'm betting that my problem lies somewhere in the gear assembly, other than the twisted cable. I still haven't played with the tach, who knows probably have a problem there too. Thanks, I appreciate your help.
