Mains and Rod Torque Spec.

We recently pruchased a "460" which hasen't ran in about 9 years. I had the head redone by a machine shop, but before I put it back together want to check out the bottom end bearings with plastic gage. My question is, what are the torque spec. on the mains and the rod caps? Looking through the owners and service manual, I can't find them anywere. Also, what kind of acceptable reading should I get from the plastic gage? Thanks for your thoughts.
