Haha! Can't give you a part number as I drug it outta my old coffee can, it has probably been in their for 20 years! But I did have it labelled (must have been thinking of my old age!) as 1 amp, 50V diode.
Got a Radio Shack near you? The whiz kids there may be able to find you one with that rating.
