I have a '28 Regular, and parts finding can be kind of a trick. The lucky thing on the wheels is that since it was originaly on steel you can get away with about anything. My rims are really poor, but the hubs are good and the spokes are fair so I plan to get new rims and have them welded onto my spokes. Which is what my great uncle did years ago. As for the controls, I don't suspect that they're so different from the other F series machines, so I bet you could get replacements. I managed to get a pretty good carb through the classified ads section on this site. Good luck!
