Aw yeah, we had one of those "X" braced Farmhands too early on and it was kind of a ritual every summer to keep the darned teeth in those old things.

My dad had it hung on the M and it was after blowing three tires on that single front end in one day, that he started buying the wide front ends. :>)

The day the new F-10 came with those three hydraulic controls and the big steel hay sweep, I remember thinkin' how utterly lucky we were in those days to have that kind of technology.

Boy! There were a lot of changes in 50 years. Then later on, I thought those NH 850 series balers were the absolute cat's meow.
