Rick: The engine will bolt right up with no problem. You will probably need to do some modification on coupling the radiator. The A and SA had no water pump. Water pump on 100 and 130 basically covered the bottom end of water jacket, and that was a relatively easy change over. The 140 however has water pump on the fan hub. That may make it a bit more difficult. May also make it easier.

I have a SA and 140, will compare later today, and let you know what obstacials I see. In the meantime you may hear from someone who has tried or done this change. I will get back this evening, with my opinion.
