can a guy just ring one piston?

well as some of ya might remember i put a head gasket in my 706G in dec. of '03. had the head all done too!! a week before x-mas '04 i was cleaning up some sh!t out of the barn and it slowly started to run kinda funny. runs fine at idle but under load it was missing. finally got around to checking it tonight. 1-2-3-4-6 all have 100-115lbs compression. #5 has 50lbs! squirt some oil in the hole and i get 80#. try one more time and i get 90# can i ring just one cylinder? the tractor will see very little work now as i have allen's 766:>) maybe 100 hours a year. just curious what allya'll think??? casey in SD
