Hello, I could use some advice from you guys that have been there and done that ! I have about 10 acres of fields , 1/2 of it I use for pasture for cattle the other 1/2 I am going to plant in Hay this spring. Last fall I had a excavator come in and remove all the sod, stumps and rocks from the 5 acres that will be a hay field.I have put down lime and manure and will seed just as soon as I can this spring . I need a tractor to plow ,disc, spread manure, mow, rake and bail hay on these 5 acres I can only afford one tractor ,I will probably have to hire somebody to bale the hay the first year or two untill I can afford the equipment but would like to do as much as possible by myself. What tractor should I look for ?? I only have about $3000. to work with . Thanks for your time, Joe
