What I beleve there telling you is to oil the trip mechanisim. What they are saying is dont just use a few drops . Give it a good couple of squirts when its turning over to work the oil in to the different parts of the trip. But thats about all you can do with out completly disasembleing the whole mag.If you have been running it quite a bit you should not have to take the mag off the tractor just lube the front and rear oil holes front will only take a few drops becuase there is wix in there .And thats just to keep the greese soft in the rotor gear. You may want to check that also and greese but it will need to be timed when you put it back together. If you need help let me know. JON
