Head gasket ,or crack in head or block or both. Sorry no good news .Sealers wont work.. What we used to do on cars to be traded in only was to cut a slit in the radiator cap rubber and trade in right away..To dealer....Unless fixed it will only get worse.I have knowen 2 people with diesels that ran keroseene in their cooling systems..I know it sounds crazy but it worked ..
