I have found a soapy water drip from the cover plate on the rear of the clutch section on my M. looks just like water and oil milk. Ive seen posting about a rusted frost plug, and am thinking that it sounds indicitive of my symptoms. Id like to know if theres a way to see the plug(s) w/o splitting the case, like removing the pump section. Are there any gotchas with respect to removing the pump section? Will leaking water get int any systems in the cluch section that can cause havoc later on (rather than just messing the garage floor). Also, whats the big boss on the bottom of the pump section for? are there implements that attach to this?
