Just like to mention I prefer to use shot made for shotgun shells over rocks because I misguesed a few rock sizes. Lead shot double 00 is good but any size will do. If the baffles are real close to the tank---with a very little opening, you should make sure the shot is small enough to sneak under the baffle---like a no. 7 shot. Although it is inexpensive, you can reuse the shot for ever. Another good point is to turn the tank upside down and with (alot of common sence) tap on the rusty bottom side to jar loose some of the rust before duck taping it in the wheel spokes.
