Farmall What?

I have what is labeled Farmall with the serial number 8638-DC. I can't find the serial number in the lists and wondered if anyone knew what model it might be. I think it could have been made anywhere from 1945-65. My brother-in-law said it's a B, but the serial number doesn't match. I also have the belly mower, buzz saw and scoop that go with it. I'm trying to assess the value since it still works well. We still use it.
