I think it"s do-able. Only thing is they must have had a good braking system on that sleigh otherwise the horses would get run over on any downhill deliveries. Up here they started using horses again for "selective" logging in protected areas. They take out what they call "old growth" trees and utilizing horses minimizes the damage to the rest of the area. As far as I know they only use 1 or 2 horses at a time pulling a couple trees.
