Yes. I am running 11 L 15 tires in the front of my 400 with a Schwartz front end. It has the factory cast hubs for 16 inch rims. I cut the centers out of a set of wagon rims and welded 3 5/8 id pipes to the rim. The cast hub sits against the bevel? in the 15 inch rim. Seems to work fine. I have 15.5/38s on the back and it sits just a little nose high but not to bad.
