Thanks Bill! Regarding guy starting the tractor (who incidentally is one of my kids...) that's SOP the for the A and AR. Neither is equipped with electrics. Consequently they must be hand-crank started by wrestling the flywheel. Actually it looks a lot more dangerous than it really is. The flywheel is difficult enough to turn with the tractor outta gear. When the clutch is engaged it's nearly impossible. Also the tractor will move as you begin rotate if it's in gear, providing additional warning to pull the clutch lever first. BTW performing cold start via that method gives a guy a whole new appreciation for the value of the electric starter!
