HI TERRY, The first thing I would do ids take the coil wire out of the distributor cap and hold it about 1/4 to 1/2 " away from the screw terminal on the side of the mag and have someone turn it over for you and as one of the others said see what you have for color or any spark at all. If not if you have a wire at that termenal un hook it and try again. If still nothing Try Points ,condenser, coil wire,maybe a short, Or maybe that dreded Coil {LOL} No big deal if it is I have some of the best prices around for new ones. JON
