Jrry, what's the make of your loader? I have a 'Superior' loader
on my 240 and the loader filler plug is on top of a tubular frame
brace that angles down past the engine from high on the right
side near the loader arm pivot. I added about 6 qts the other
day until I could see the fluid at the bottom of the filler hole. I
just used a generic Hydraulic-Transmission oil, rated for IH-
Case and other major manufacturers, sold at Sam's Club in 5-gal
pails. It seems to work fine.
