140 with 13.6x24 tires?

Has anyone ever seen a 140 with 13.6x24 tires. I was down the road and chatting with a gent who had his grandfathers 140 and he said the only modification he had made was adding 13.6x 24 tires to the original rims. I looked and sure enough ,there was some honking monsters on there. He said she ran fine with them. Does anyone know if that is no big deal or if there would be issues with it. From my understanding, factory was 11.2x24 for 140s and I have 12.4x24s on mine with no problem.
