Hi Matt, After you've checked what captaink has recommended and it still won't start put some fresh gasoline in it if you haven't done so. I would pull the plugs and run a compression check on each cylinder. The compression should be around 120 psi. Water may have got into those cylinders and the rings may be seized in the ring lans (grooves). You need good compression so a vacuum is created and fuel is pulled into the combustion chamber, then ignited when the plug fires. Squirt some engine oil into those cylinders too. If you good compression, spark and fuel it should run. Hal
