350 wont start?

I have a good running 350 Farmall if it will start! Starts well all summer and in warm dry weather. But if you let it set old in the rain or spring fall winter it loses spark and you have to take the point out and clean them.And it will start and run all day and restart no problem. I have changed caps, points, rotor,plugs still the same thing! What have I missed? It is 12 volt! Thanks
