My dad has had a 33 loader on an H since 1951. They are a pretty nice loader for that era. $800 is way too high for the loader though, should be able to get a pretty nice one for $400 or so. Be careful when pushing snow and the like not to set the front end down real hard and sudden if it has come off the ground at the end of a push, it can and will break the torque tube.
