I agree. It's not EBAY. It's the unscrupulous people that sometimes use the site for their own ends. You'll find it in any forum where there is something to sell. Some people will use any means to get rid of their junk. All one has to do is advertise a part just as it is and then there are no misunderstandings. I have made refunds, sent a new starter to a feller after the one on one of my tractors went out, and done everything I would want someone to do for me, not because of the feedback, but because it was the right thing to do. I am not going to sell a man a part that is only good for a boat anchor if that is not what he wanted. Sorry for your experience, but maybe what this guy passes out, he will get in return.
