The Red Power circle decal means that the tractor was a demo. They were used in the Red Power Showdown days at the IH dealer.

These tractors do not have special engines or high HP add-ons. They all have the deluxe cab package. IH built the Red Power decal tractors for 1979 and 1980 fall dealer demo days.
