Its off a Super M. Yes it will help a bit on an 8060 head, the intake runners on the super M heads were just a tad larger VS the old M heads. So the intake is just a bit larger too. Also, so was the throat of the intake where the carb bolts on. Best intake inthe world was a choice,, of this manifold, and the LP manifold, (358308r11) If you really wanna help it along, add the SuperM-450 cam. Builds torque,, Funny,, the IH parts book show a LP head for the Super M, never seen this number,, (8574dby) Wonder what that was about,, Hope this helps,, ChadS
