It looks to me as though you have a 1948 Super A with a 1952 Super C motor. The prefix for the C/Super C was (I think) FCM, and the serial number corresponds to a late 1952 Super C. This also matches up with your block casting date. So you probably have the C-123 engine as opposed to the C-113 engine that was in most Super A's. It is also probably turning a bit faster. Just out of curiosity, do you have a water pump? Hope this helps, SAm in NS
