All ya need to do if it is leaking under the steering wheel is replace the seal and it is not a tough job , you will need a steering wheel puller and two 1/4 inch fine threaded bolts about 4 1/2 inches or longer, snap ring pliers and a 1/4 28 bottoming tap and about a half hour . Just pull the wheel and remove the snap ring put the wheel back on and give a quick twist either way and out pops the seal install new seal repace snap ring and install wheel all done.
