I think you will devaluate two tractors. It will be obvious that it isn't a 30 engine with out the pump. The flat belt ( one other wonder at crank swapage for me) will be obvious too. But if you just want a running tractor and it will bolt up .. why not?
You need to hear from Cowman. He seems to really be in the know on this era stuff.
