Mike - Compared to an H the major differences in the Super H is a larger engine (= more power), disc brakes, and different transmission gearing (slightly faster in the higher gears). Also later production (Stage II) Super H were equipped with live hydraulics. However about 11,000 early production (Stage I) Super H’s were built with belly pumps. There’s other minor differences in things like the carburetor, electrical system, lighting, etc. Myself I’d grab the Super H and pass on the other. Compared to the regular H the SH is a relatively uncommon tractor. And even fewer SH’s were built with factory wide fronts. The asking price is not too far out of line – especially for a WF.
