Josh, If you"re looking at a 39 model, it is doubtful that it has a place in the torque tube for a starter if it is not already equipped with a starter. You can install an electric starter, but it would entail changing the torque tube to one with a starter mount, and you would also have to add a fly wheel ring gear which is not that big a deal, but does again require splitting the tractor.
