Its not the cylinders.I used the same three point with a belly pump on my other tractor.This one had the remotes so I plumbed it in on that.When I tokk off the remotes I plumbed back for the belly pump.Its not the bleeder screw,I have taken the cap off and it still stuck in the up position.I took the control rod off and the lever went all the way foward.
