Fast fourth is in the upper right corner, slow fourth is in the bottom center between 1 & 2.

I can send photos of the shifter pattern. On early setups, they used a standard shifter and ground the numbers off and restamped the new pattern. The part even got a new part number stamped on. I can send photos of this type also.
