my dad gets along with the owners of one of the nearby dealers. they asked him what price he wanted for a rather expensive part one day and showed him the book there was 4 prices listed for it, weekend warrior, big-time operation, frequent customer, and city-dwelling lawnmower people, I can't remember what the exact terms they used were though.
