Of course to produce a tractor of the weight and horsepower of an H or M in this day and age would be prohibitively expensive. Equipment is built by the pound. How much horsepower do you get these days in a 5,500# tractor?

There would also be emissions and safety issues.

And they wuld have to have a three point hitch, lights, flashers, etc.
