Army Corp of Engineers I-6

Found what is an Army Corp of Engineers I-6,tags on the fenders are somewhat of a mysyetry as only one is legible,barely,and had somethings along the lnes of Army Corps of Engineers,a few numbers stamped on it including the serial number,and barely legible is International Harvestor Company,the two others are not readable.On the engine is a small square tag with the name of a a compny which rebuilt the engine,but cant make it out.The original serial number tag was moved up and another tag iunstalled below it,cant read it.(Wish they used more aluminum tags).The oil filter housing was removed and replaced with a different type of filter,make unknown,but it mounts where the starting tank would have been wit a line from the engine to it and then back.The hood had no provisions for gauges as they usually do.The temp gauge was on a bracket near the engine,looked homemade.The oil pressure and amp gauge,light switch,starer switch,and on/off switch was in a oval box much like the ones Ive seen on 650s and the like.Other the these minor difference,it was basically an I-6.Large hooks had been added to the front axle and at the drawbar supports.Anyone ever come across anything like this.Pics soon!
