I am in CT... I removed the carb this AM and cleaned out the bowl and such to see if the float was loaded. There was some scale and varnish in there so I cleaned it up and made sure the needle valve was clean too. Unforunately, made no difference. It runs ok at WOT, but less than that and it backfires and sputters like mad. Ugh!
