Long arm loader vs. short-Help

I'm looking at a all hyd loader that has long arms that attach
right in front of the rear axel (like a Farmhand F-11, but the
cylinders are a little shorter and go a little past middle of the
first arm section. Its a Koyker Super K). I'm putting it on a M w
live HD.
What are some of the pros & cons of a long loader vs a shorter
arm one that mounts mid way to the front?
