I have found that not only the dealers from one area to the next arent equal, but within the same dealership, parts and service personel are not equal either, in knowledge, nor in willingness to network for hard to find parts. There are two Case NH dealerships in my general area within 50 miles of eachother, owned by the same company, yet in each, it depends greatly who at the service desk or parts counter I talk to. I"ve found that schmoozing the right parts man is of great value and virtue.
