What makes you think its the cylender? It can still be the pump, just because the three point will work the pump has two sections one for three point and the other for the power steering. Is the fluid bypassing in the cyl? and have you checked the filter screen? Here's some pictures one of them is the pump tell me if it's the same. http://hometown.aol.com/dcroc84375/index.html
