Use HyTran. If you are concerned about leakage, put a new seal or oring on it. If you find the shaft grooved, then it's a good thing you took it apart because it needed to be fixed anyway -- you can use a speedy sleeve to cover the groove. As noted below, some people do use 30W, but 10W was the fluid IH recommended before touch control fluid/hytran was produced.
