Urgent - worth of 300 utility?

I was out looking at what I'm pretty sure is a 300 utility (if not it's a 350). It is stuck but has been tarped, the oil pan is off and things look reasonable from below. Rear tires aren't matched but are %50+, the fronts are virtually new. Tin is reasonable, most of it seems to be there, the clutch was replace a couple of years back. Has the fast hitch, a couple of obscure implements. Supposedly worked well up until it stuck after sitting. What else should I check or know about this tractor? Any idea on value (in Nova Scotia, Canada)? Thanks in advance, SAm in NS
