MM, We used to stack heavy alfalfa hay using a M and that old wide front under a F-10 and that big hay sweep....I think the thing was 14' across. Used to make stacks so tall that we had to use the push-off to make the lid. Seems to me the things reached 27' or so. Anyway we did this for years and always were lifting some he!!ashous loads with it. I've never seen one break....maybe others have or maybe with rough treatment they will give way. I think they are pretty darned tough. The reason people like the Swartz fronts is because they turn shorter. Hope this helps, Allan
