Loosely, maybe. The 300U-up don't have much in common with the W4/Super W4, as they were designed as utility tractors, rather than tillage-only wheatland tractors. The 4 cylinder engines in the 300/350 are the same as in the W4 except for CID and compression, etc. The transmissions and rear ends are similar. But, I consider the 350 Wheatland the replacement for the Super W4 There was no 300 Wheatland. There was no 460 wheatland, either.
