IH 3514 kin to IH 3414???

Was wondering if the IH 3514 was any kin to the IH 3514??? I know the 3414 is supposed to be based of the B-414 tractor, just wonderinf if the only difference was that the 3514 had a hydrostatic tranny??? I think the 3514's are early 70's models, correct???
