Super C Pan Bolts

Can anyone tell me the correct pan bolt for the center hole on the front of the pan ( there are three bolts ). My center bolt doesn't want to tighten so I don't know if I have an incorrect bolt or perhaps the threads in the block are stripped.+.-/
